The year is 2013. Bill Rose breaks his arm after a blown tire in a Heat Race at Volusia Speedway Park. While still wanting to keep his car on the road with the World of Outlaws, Bill tapped young driver David Gravel to fill the seat of the #6 machine while he recovered. It became an opportunity that helped further launch the career we know today for David.
